[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] confirmation before entering discussion mode (Issue #504)

Before putting a change into discussion mode, add a confirmation screen where users confirm they want to open the conversation up beyond the interaction of the indexer and the editor.
To avoid a page reload and work on the backend, this should be done on the client.

When a change is put in discussion a comment is required, mostly to prevent accidental putting in discussion, since that happens frequently.
Should be doable with a modal popup with htmx without loading a new page.
