[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] Complete Italian translation of django.po and fix homepage link wording (PR #759)

Summary

• Translated all previously empty msgstr entries in locale/it/LC_MESSAGES/django.po.
• Resolved all 19 fuzzy entries with accurate translations matching the current msgid, removing the stale #, fuzzy / #| previous-msgid comments.
• Set Language: it in the .po header (was previously empty).
• Fixed wording of the Italian homepage link in templates/gcd/tw_index.html ("Homepage italiana" → "Homepage in italiano").

Validation

• Reviewed every entry for terminology consistency (issue → "numero", collection → "collezione", reading order/list → "lista di lettura", etc.).
• Verified all %s / %(name)s placeholders and HTML tags (<b>, <a>,  ) are preserved, in the same order as the source.
• Confirmed multi-line strings keep identical whitespace/newline structure as the source templates.
• No .mo build step exists in this repo (checked Dockerfile.dev, bin/dev, compose.yaml), consistent with how the fr/de/es locales are handled — nothing else to compile/verify.
