github Mails

Since there is now more development, we get quite a bit of github mails
to this list.

Should we split this into gcd-tech (for general discussion) and gcd-dev
(for the github-related content) ? Or disable the sending of github
mails to here ?

I'm good with keeping the mails here, but if we need to address the issue my vote is to split into a gcd-dev. I need the emails to keep track of what is going on, they are very helpful.

    As a non-coding member of this list, I prefer to have it all in one place so I can monitor what's going on.  It's important for the Chair and maybe enjoyable for some others on this list.  However, if there is a reason to split the e-mails, I could always just subscribe to both lists.
