[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] Add story_arc to the data dumps (Issue #720)

jhunterjActual left a comment (GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django#720)They'll also need to go in the setup_initial_changesets, but that might be tracked as a different issue. I couldn't find the code that generates the dumps.
