[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] The subsequent pages for filtered changes lose the filter (Issue #677)

If you go to something like "Commented" and filter on something like "Series", you get:

https://www.comics.org/queues/commented/?change_type=4&submit=Filter+Changes

but advancing to page 2 takes you to

https://www.comics.org/queues/commented/?page=2

rather than something like

https://www.comics.org/queues/commented/?page=2&change_type=4&submit=Filter+Changes
