[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] "Unknown" filter displays all issues instead of filtering correctly (Issue #664)

adamsimon2332 created an issue (GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django#664)On my.comics.org, the "unknown" option for filters such as "was read," "signed," etc., should only display issues where that specific option is set to "unknown." Currently, it shows all issues.
