[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] Input form for publication date is too terse (Issue #701)

The publication date as printed on or in the comic, except with the name of the month (if any) spelled out.
We also spell out seasons, expand two-digit years to four. Don't know if this should be all mentioned in the form or just use a link to the style portiong.
