[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] Move/Delete multiple issues in mycomics collection (Issue #533)

When using collections to organize issues, it can be convenient to apply a move or delete operation to multiple issues at once. This could be done with a new form, or it could be done by having checkboxes on the existing issue/series views and providing move/delete operation buttons on those views.
