Unable to Delete a Creator

Hello all,

I am trying to delete this dupe creator 



It doesn’t show it linked to anything that I can not find, but the delete button remains inaccessible as if it were. 

Could someone check please if there is something I cannot see that needs to be removed so I can submit this for deletion.
