indicia "no issue scans" is missing from display

I think this is a simple fix, but on mobile displays, the "No Issue Scans"  under Related Links is not available.

Yes, I can force my phone into desktop mode and get it, but I was hoping for a fix.   

USE CASE: I take photos from my phone of as Iread books, and submit directly

The mobile display is intentionally reduced. At least for non-singletons
the related scan page can be accessed from the series page.
