[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] issue counts for series with variants from other series (#157)

There is at least one series which consists solely of variants from another series:
http://www.comics.org/series/4224/
The issue counts are not set, it should be 4 (to be consistent with our other counts of issues in series), not 8. Need to check what happens for issue counts when we move variants into a different series.
For consistency only one variant each should show in the issue status grids, not both. Odd and rare series, might not be worth to worry about this aspect.
