Zeroed out keywords continue showing up in the autofill

FYI, when inputing keywords in a sequence, the autofill suggestions include keywords that have been zeroed out — as in those that have no used instances on the site as they have been renamed due to improper formatting or spelling/input mistakes. I'm assuming this is a tech error, as it seems that once a keyword is created then it remains in the suggestion list even if it has been zeroed out. I don't know if it can be fixed, but it certainly clutters the autofill suggestions with options that shouldn't be used.

For instance, the nightmarishly long and overly specific Artwork is an homage to the cover of [gcd_link_story](6720). keyword (yes, that was a real one — https://www.comics.org/keyword/Artwork%20is%20an%20homage%20to%20the%20cover%20of%20%5Bgcd_link_story%5D(6720)./) still appears in autofill suggestions even though its been zeroed out.

Removed the currently not used keywords.

Filtering these out would slow down the autofill somewhat, and would
potentially create double keywords, which we need to avoid.
