Unable to delete a publisher

Hello all,

I helped move all Anarchy Studios from its own publisher to a brand of Harris Comics which is what it should be. 

Everything that has been moved or deleted off this publisher but it still says it has one issue (though it doesn’t). I assume this is a back end problem. 

Could someone help me delete this
