[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] form checks on submit to queue (Issue #572)

Some people don't fix form errors, which is an issue in the migrate sequence workflow since there we first save the change to the database for the migration and then go the edit screen again for the user to edit and save. But that way, form errors can be ignored.
Need to see, if we can do the form checks when submitting a change to the queue, and prevent a submit in such a case.
