[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] selecting of objects via django tables (Issue #675)

jochengcd created an issue (GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django#675)We use (the old) non-sortable lists for selecting objects. It would be good the be able to use the sortable and filterable lists via django-tables we otherwise use. Should ideally be a generic solution via an optional selection column.

DeusExTaco left a comment (GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django#675)Hey Jochen, I had a look at this and it seems like the shared django-tables template already has the start of an optional selection column. Would you be good with a first pass that moves the database-backed publisher, series, issue, and story/cover selector results over to the existing tables, while leaving the Haystack mixed results and MyComics multi-select flow alone for now? We’d keep the dual story/issue selection used for reprints and awards. If that matches what you had in mind, I’m happy to put together a PR.
