We didn't use this list in recent years, kind of assuming that those who actively use the database do follow gcd-tech to some degree, or look into the public archives in case of question due to changes.

Per the GCD board I have changed the gcd-tech-announce@ list to be a read-only archive. It should now be considered deprecated.
