Web comics

Just as an FYI--when the GCD revised their charter to cover comics in general instead of comic books, the revised charter does still state print comics.  So to address something Mike brought up on list and someone else brought up off list, web comics would still be explicitly excluded.  Except in print collections, which would normally fall within the scope of the comic book project.
