1. This should be added to the document:  "While it is the intention that stories associated with a particular feature be assigned a genre consistent with the other stories of the feature, genre can also be assigned to stories that are not a part of a feature at all, as with the majority of the stories in such anthologies as House of Mystery, Tales from the Crypt, or Young Romance. "

2. Some of the genres in the proposed document should have anthology titles added as examples

I believe these are our last issues.

Yes to both.

Although 1 to me is crucial whereas 2 is merely a good idea to reinforce 1.
