Unknown Cloud plateform project

I've been in a google cloud platform project for two days now and I don't know what it is! I can just change the name of the project, and I thought it would make me afraid of this kind of thing, so if anything is what I know answer me ^^ the project id is the tribal-archery -271617

I have the exact same thing, never seen it before until I tried to install Google Assistant on my Windows 10 PC. Followed instructions and I've been having weird issues ever since including being inside this group / cloud platform project that I've never seen before. Same name that you listed above
