DISABLED ADMIN account while Google Workspace SUPPORT requires LOGIN of an ADMIN

How can I get help to ENABLE ADMIN account? 

I am the ONLY ADMIN, there was no other admin. Piotr Bielecki left our organization a long time back, while I have taken over his ADMIN role. 

I have all credentials to log in and still unable to log in due to the message: It looks like this account violated the Google Workspace Acceptable Use Policy and has been disabled. Contact your administrator for additional help.  

To get any support (email, chat, call) REQUIRE being logged in as  ADMIN, and not able to do so.

When I reported this issue on this group before, I was directed to Google Workspace support: https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213 , or call Google Workspace support: 1-877-355-5787
However, to get support, you MUST be logged in as ADMIN and have a PIN, if you are calling. 

So the problem is not solved despite numerous requests for help in this group.

Is there anyone who can support me?
