I have just received our 2024 tax return from Rehmann.  It appears
to show that we owe $0 federal taxes for the 2024 year. This makes
sense, considering our change last year to eliminate ad revenue was
designed to achieve that result.  However, the change was not effective
until late in the year.  I will review this return in more detail to
make sure of what I am seeing and that Rehmann has correctly represented
our income and expenses for 2024.

If desired, I can send the return as a draft to any Board member
who wishes to review it, and I will send a copy to Alexandros for the
Treasurer's records.  If I am correct that we owe nothing, I will sign
and file the return with the IRS, as it involves no expenditure on the
GCD's part.

I have finished my review and sent a copy to Alexandros who has
also reviewed it.  I was correct that we owe nothing, so I will sign and
file the return with the IRS, as it involves no expenditure on the GCD's
part.  Rehmann will bill us later and I will bring that to the Board for
authorization of payment.
