The motion was made that the GCD Board Officers for the 2024-2025 term be appointed as follows:

Don Milne - Chair
Steven Rowe - Secretary
Alexandros Diamantidis - Treasurer

notification about the ballot - and given the high number of absent
voters, perhaps others didn't receive it as well?

I went back and looked through my e-mails and found my notification about the ballot, I just overlooked it.  I'm sorry about that and I would have voted in favor so I'm glad that we reached minimum number of voters.
