We just received this e-mail.  Based on discussions of the Board a couple of years ago, I informed him that The Grand Comics Database is not interested in any changes to our organization at this time.  I told him I would keep his information on file in case we change our mind at a future date.  If the Board thinks we should pursue a sale, I can let him know after any vote to do so.
