GCC Event07.16-07.17 --Special Commune(特奥爱心农庄)Visit & Workshop！！！

*Special Commune is a eco-farm which was built by a returner from the US--Brian Zhang.
He gave up the career and wealth in the US to run a social enterprise.
you can have a cool trip here in Special Commune in this summer!!
1.ECO-house building.
This project is of great advantage to the “Special Commune” as it is completely in-line with our aim to be
sustainable in the future.
(the fee of the raw meterial is high. If we have enough people sign up to participate in Special Commune,

- Social Enterprise. This workshop is run by our CEO Mr. Brian Zhang. He has been a pioneer of this field within China and so gives a very informative talk and leads discussions about how they work and are run. The talk is for about 40minutes allowing a further 20minutes for discussion and questions.
- Organic/Eco farming. Within this arena there are several topics that can be discussed. These workshops are run by our farmers who have years of experience working in organic farming, composting and many other technics for getting the most from the environment we live in. These workshops can be more hands on out in the farm or class room based. Again this workshop will run for about an hour.

So at least 200RMB.per person to participate this event.
*the fee of the raw material of ECO-house is high. If we have enough people to sign up this event,we will add this part in our agenda. and also our final expenditure is higher.In that case ,we will have a higher fee than 200RMB.

和来自WWOOF、AIESEC的国际志愿者交流，与韩国SK Sunny中韩大学生志愿者共同完成ECO-house的建设。

I'd like to go! Might bring friends as well.
A few questions:
1.When & Where are we departing from? When are we coming back?
2.Since it is a two-day event, how many meals are we having there? The price quoted for breakfast, lunch and dinner are for each day, so we need to take that into consideration as well.
3.Eco-house: If the eco-house building is done with another group and we will split the costs, how many people does the Korean group have? What's the total cost? To figure out how much it will cost each of us we have to know these numbers, plus how many ppl our group has.
Btw I asked about the bus price, it's pretty high. 1000rmb for up to 10ppl, and 1500rmb for up to 20 ppl. (both ways, overnight)
Since buses are tight, we need to confirm with them at least 3 days in advance, which means tomorrow or Thursday at the latest.
Can we send this event info to people who signed up for last weekend's conference? We might get more participants that way.

*7.16 morning we will set out to the Special Commune.
7.17 afternoon we will come back.
the time maybe 30-45min on the road.
so:
2 lunches
1 breakfast
1 dinner
1 Accommodation
*the fee of the eco-house is so high.....we have split the fee with the SK group.
we:10,000RMB
SK:20,000RMB
and we have no sponsorship this time, so we will have no chance to join the building-house unless we have more than
30-50ppl to participate and split this fee(10,000+200per ppl) together.
actually, i think it is not feasible with a so high expenditure.
*I've made the ddl on 07.14. we will order a bus then. do u think it is a proper time for this tight bus season?
*i think the CEO Brian is warmhearted and he invited us to their Special Commune to feel the green farm.
and he mentioned that eco-house is a significant event ,but the fee is a little high.....
