This is the agenda for the AGM on the 25th of this month. 

I have decided to stay on as president along with the rest of the board for 2026.

We have one position open and that is for secretary. I have spoken with Colin Davy and he is willing to take on this position.

Travel discussion for 2026.

We have decided on queens university in Kingston for the civic holiday weekend in 2026

We are looking for volunteers to organize a second trip for 2026

Standard procedure is for 2 people to attend free of charge when organizing a weekend trip.

Some options that are open, Barrie, Orillia and 2 new suggestions, welland and eastern townships of quebec

Miscellaneous items for discussion.

Would members be willing to have their names listed on the club website as being first aid trained?

Is there anyone with website skills and or graphic design skills?

The club is looking at updating our current website and designing new flyers and business cards.

Discussion on declining membership.

Would members be willing to contact their local bike shops and ask about a club discount, adding to their website etc?
