Dear Rick,

I’m reaching out regarding MS Bike - Grand Bend to London, a two-day charity cycling event in support of MS Canada.

The 2026 ride takes place on July 25th and 26th, bringing cyclists together for a scenic and meaningful ride while raising funds to support people living with MS. Our event experience is energizing and celebratory, leaving cyclists with a lasting sense of accomplishment. As we look to grow the event and build greater community awareness, we are reaching out to local cycling clubs and organizations to explore potential opportunities to work together.

We are requesting support in the following areas:

Promotional & Advertising Support

  • Sharing the event with your members through social media, newsletters, or event calendars
  • Posting or distributing event posters (we’re happy to provide printed copies or digital files for easy printing)

Community Engagement Opportunities

  • Opportunities to set up a booth or information table at any of your upcoming club or community events
  • Joining a club ride or meeting to briefly share details about the event and how members can get involved

Bike Marshals & Sweeps (Volunteer Opportunity)

To help ensure a safe and positive experience for all riders, we are seeking bike marshals and bike sweeps from the cycling community. This is a great opportunity for experienced riders to give back while supporting a well-organized, impactful cycling event.

  • Bike marshals accompany each wave of riders on course
  • Bike sweeps ride at the back of the group to ensure all cyclists safely reach the finish
  • Volunteers receive training from our Technical Director, wear special identification bibs on course, and are supported with food, beverages and accommodations for the duration of the event

We would welcome the opportunity to attend a club meeting, social ride, or event to introduce MS Bike, answer questions, and share how your members can participate through riding, volunteering, or helping spread the word.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to exploring how we can work together.

Best Regards,

Dylan
