AGM Reminder

Good evening members.

This email is to remind you of the upcoming AGM next sunday January 25th.

Please go to our website, check the calendar and click "join" so we know
how many will be attending.

The location was in my first email but is also listed on the calendar.

I forgot to mention in my AGM email that if anyone is interested in
joining the board please contact me directly.

We have a few board members who will be entering their third year and
the standard term is 2 years.

If you are unable to make it to the meeting and have something to add
please contact me.

I have attached the financial reports prepared by Catherine.

Peter will be leading a walk after the meeting for those interested in
joining.

A few reminders,

please complete the survey that was sent out by Catherine regarding your
email information

hold off on purchasing a membership until we announce a date to do so as
we are looking into a new website

we are looking for volunteers to organize a second weekend trip for
2026, please consider helping with this as the weekend trips are a great
event for our club.
