Lunch duty this Sunday and possibly next

Hello everyone, this Sunday we are scheduled to help out with serving.  Next week we are cleaning up.  HOWEVER, I know that the next weekend is 10/13 which is the English retreat so a good portion of us will be out.  I notified the other group who helps us clean up about this, but if you can still help out that weekend too, let me know.  Thanks.

 

Duties:

-Cook Rice before 10am (3 pots, with 5 cups water each)

-Fill 2 Water dispensers and place on small table

-Bring Silverwares, cups, and napkins to lobby

-Prep 1 pot of soapy water for dirty silverware

-Start plating around 11:50am

-Need 1 person to collect money and hand to church secretary when done
