we finally have a public GC3Pie chat room on Gitter:
to connect, open https://gitter.im/gc3pie/

The room is intended as a real-time help forum and more generally for
all kinds of discussion on GC3Pie.

Note that Gitter hosts an IRC gateway so you can also connect through
your favorite IRC client; see instructions at: https://irc.gitter.im/
