[Google Cloud NetApp Volumes Maintenance Notifications]

Dear Customer,

This email is to inform you about upcoming hardware maintenance on our infrastructure in us-central1 region that may have a minor impact on the GCNV service. We are adding additional storage capacity to existing hardware.

Region: US-C1
Scheduled Start Date: 9th October 2025
Scheduled Start Time: 3 pm PT/ 5 pm CT (Local time of Omaha)
Duration: 6 hours.

What to Expect:

During this maintenance window, you may experience:

Brief service interruptions: During the maintenance window, there will be no interruptions to your application access to data. You may experience a temporary impact on the new volume provisioning functionality if you have an impending completion of deletion of the last volume in your account. In case your new application volume provisioning fails, you can retry the operation. We understand that any period of inactivity is not ideal, so we have intentionally scheduled this maintenance at a time when it will cause the least disruption. Our team will be working diligently to complete the maintenance quickly and efficiently.

We are adding additional storage capacity to existing hardware
