Job Description :
The SAP Vistex Consultant
is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Vistex solutions
within SAP S/4HANA to manage complex pricing, rebates, chargebacks, billbacks,
and incentive programs. The role also includes working with Vistex Data
Management (DM) for analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design & Implementation
· Lead solution design for Quote-to-Cash and Contract-to-Settlement processes.
· Configure Vistex modules including:
· Rebates (customer/vendor)
· Chargebacks (including debit memos and adjustments)
· Billbacks (sales incentives and reimbursements)
· Composite Models (multi-layered agreements and settlements)
· Integrate Vistex with SAP SD, FI, and MM modules.
2. Claims & Settlement Management
· Automate end-to-end claims lifecycle: initiation, validation, accrual, settlement.
· Use tools like Claim Workbench and Add bill Workbench for managing exceptions and adjustments
· Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with audit trails.
3. Data Management & Reporting
· Work with Vistex DW to manage large-scale data for pricing, contracts, and claims.
· Develop custom reports including SOX-compliant reconciliation and rebate detail reports
· Knowledge of Performing data conversion from legacy systems to S/4HANA will be added advantage.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
· Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements.
· Collaborate with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
· Provide support for ongoing enhancements and issue resolution.
Required Skills:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Vistex.
· Strong understanding of pricing procedures, condition types, and agreement types.
· Experience with Vistex Fiori and SAP Launchpad integration.
· Familiarity with Vistex DW and analytics tools.
