Job Description:
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Technical Infrastructure Management Lead with a strong background in Windows Administration. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and support services. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and operational acumen to enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain Windows server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Windows operating systems.
· Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions for Windows servers.
· Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
· Develop and maintain operational documentation, including procedures and guidelines.
· Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
· Provide technical support and training to team members on Windows Administration best practices.
· Participate in incident management and problem resolution processes.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Mandatory Skills:
· Experience working as a Lead
· Strong knowledge of Windows Administration, including server setup, configuration, and maintenance.
· Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments.
· Proficient in troubleshooting Windows related issues and providing effective solutions.
· Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation tasks.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper V).
· Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
· Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
· Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 5 years of experience in Operations Management with a focus on Windows Administration.
· Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
