Job Description :
We are seeking a
highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in
ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will be
responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, ensuring the
successful delivery of ITOM solutions, and driving best practices within the
organization. This role requires a deep understanding of ITOM processes and
tools, as well as the ability to mentor and guide team members in their
professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of technical professionals,
providing guidance and support in the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM
solutions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define
project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of
ITOM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best
practices.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review project
progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of
continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and
advancements in ServiceNow ITOM and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to ITOM
processes, workflows, and configurations.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders,
providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Mandatory Skills:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow IT Operations
Management (ITOM) including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and
Orchestration.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in
the successful delivery of ITOM projects.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best
practices.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to
think critically under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service
Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and
infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript,
PowerShell, or Python.
- Certifications in ServiceNow ITOM or related fields.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
- 10 15 years of experience in IT operations, with a
focus on ServiceNow ITOM.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing
technical teams and projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
