Job Description:
1. Working on detailed Product Specifications
2. Will be actively involved in Product Management, Pre – Sales, Business Management and Vendor Management.
3. Understanding of Internet/ Mobile communities and Users behavior in accordance with Industry Standards and doing Analysis of the same.
4. Work in a hands-on capacity with Engineering and UED team to identify the requirements and deliver the customized Product as per the Requirement of the client.
5. Past experience with project management is a plus.
6. He/she will be responsible for working with vendors/partners and internal stakeholders to understand and identify product requirements, and then working closely with the engineering team to translate that road map into reality.
7. Innovating and delivering products that differentiate us from competition. This will include new products as well as enhancements to existing products
8. Understanding customer needs and consumer behavior through research, customer feedback analysis, click stream analysis, and direct interactions with customers
9. Will be responsible for the on-site monetization through various Ad networks and other sources
Conducting regular competition analysis and recommending plan of action should master the details of competitive landscape
10. Analyzing product metrics regularly and use the learning for product innovations and improvements
11. Working closely with Engineering, Research, Quality Assurance, Design and Marketing teams to create synergies leading to a high quality product
12. Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution.

Profile Description: 1. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Analytical skills
2. Fast learner and should be able to handle multitasking with an ease
UG Qualifications:
· BE / B.Tech (Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Information Technology)
PG Qualifications:
· MBA / PGDM / MMS (Any Specialization)
· PG Diploma (Any Specialization)
Minimum Marks: 60%
Post Graduation after: 2012.
