Job Description:
- Bank & GL Reconciliation,
- Preparing Journal vouchers and data entry in ERP system
- Communication with Bank relating to bank reconciliation items (if any)
- Provide Assistance in Timely Royalty Payments to Authors,
- Preparation of Manual Royalty Statements as per requirement
- Prepare documents for Foreign Currency Royalty Payment to authors and follow up of the same with CA firm and Bank.
- Maintenance of Royalty Agreement Database in Excel
- Scanning and registration of all New and Old royalty agreements in Workbench-document depositary portal
- Creation & Updation of Royalty Vendors Record in TMS System,
- Creation of Payment Form for Royalty Vendors,
- Communication with Authors regarding their PAN and NEFT details for Payments
- Monthly Accounts Payable Scrutiny for royalty vendors
- Work related to Tax Deducted at Source on Royalty (Tax Deposit, Monthly /Quarterly/Yearly Returns etc)
- Preparation and issue of form no. 10CCD u/s 80QQB to authors on annual basis.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Profile Description: • Strong computer and analytical skills are key to this position with above average proficiency in Excel and Access.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills a must.
UG Qualifications:
· Any Graduate (Any Specialization)
PG Qualifications:
· MBA / PGDM / MMS (Finance)
Post Graduation after: 2012.
*Note: Candidate should have both UG and PG qualifications
