Coaches,
Please remind your parents and families that the meet is at TOWSON UNIVERSITY.
I know that some of you use the entry list report to give your swimmers their heats and lanes. I am attaching the most current Entry List All Team Report that should match the program. These are the same programs that I sent out earlier. I have added a few swimmers to open lanes that were entry corrections. They may not appear in the attached program, but should be on the entry list report.
Please be sure to recruit some timers to help at the meet (timer assignment request attached). The request is for that amount on both days. I would like to use most of my team’s volunteers for clerk-of-course. The timer meeting will be 30 minutes prior to the start of the meet.
Please also give the check to Carron at the administrative table.
Swimmers will be located in the gym across the hall. This is where the clerk of course will be stationed. This year we will have a double gym, so there will be more room than last year. Parents are asked to be with their swimmers in the gym and only sit in the spectator area while watching their swimmer’s races.
Coaches may have chairs on the pool deck. Swimmers will need to go through the clerk of course. The only exception is that relays should report to their coach.

8:40-11:40 am 8&U Girls Meet

3:00-4:00 pm 9&10 Warm-Ups
4:10-7:00 pm 9&10 Meet
General Meet Note Reminders:
Parking is free in the garage to the left of the building.
On Sunday, the university will re-open to students. We will need to check in families as they enter the fitness building. This will add a little time to entry. This is a requirement by the university as they need to verify that no one is entering without authorization while the fitness building is open.
Teams have been assigned timer/volunteer positions. Please ask your timers to arrive at the beginning of warm-ups for their session. The timer meeting will be 30 minutes prior to the start of the session
Coaches are welcome to have chairs. The 9-10 B Champs will be more crowded than the 8&U. Please be kind to one another when finding your team’s space.
There will be a clerk-of-course for the 8&U Meet and the 9&10 Meet. All swimmers must go through the clerk-of-course to enter the block area. The only exception to this will be relays which will report directly to the appropriate starting ends.
Swimmers are encouraged to wear their suits to and from the meet and spend as little time in the locker room as possible. We will be sharing locker rooms with the patrons of the fitness area and Towson has asked parents to monitor their children when using the locker rooms.
We could still use more officials. Please contact Bruce Bator if you can help.
Parents are asked to remain seated in the stands while watching. Security will be patrolling the area.
There will be no concessions, but Speedo and apparel vendors will be present.
Teams are not to use the gym area or hallways for dynamic warm-ups.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks
Rob
