Spring break practices for BLS/BLJ
Anyone who wants to swim over break here are some workouts for the BLS and BLJ that they will use and anyone can modify to less volume and slower intervals/more rest

300 choice loosen, 200 im kick, 100 free swim and build - 10 seconds rest between
10x50 choice :55/1:00 emphasis fast off walls and underwater kicks
8x50 IM series :50/1:00/1:05 25 drill 25 perfect swim
6x50 choice kick 1:00/1:05/1:10
4x50 choice build to race last 10 yards :50/:55/1:00
2x50 25 free build 25 choice race 1:00
4x150 fly kick 2:45/3:00/3:15
8x25 fly variable sprints
Repeat this for back and breast
5x100 free 1:29/1:30/1:40
