I am attaching the Entry List - All Teams to this email. Please confirm that I have loaded your latest entry file. I have also attached the anticipated timeline. A few teams have some young swimmers in the Open session. I would appreciate it if we could move those swimmers to the 11&U session where possible. Let me know if we can move anyone.
Here is what the days look like for next weekend.
Friday 4:15-8:00
Saturday 8:30-7:00
Sunday 8:30- 6:00
We have almost every Eastern Shore team coming to the meet, so I think that starting warm-ups for the little kids makes sense at 8:30 am to accommodate those coming from far away.
This also keeps the Senior swimmers swimming more towards late afternoon. I have also put 7 minute breaks after each set of events. The only option would be to combine two sessions and not have breaks, but I think having 2 ½ hour sessions for the different age groups with opportunities to warm up and warm down is better. It gives more of a championship environment since we are not prelims/finals.
