Warmups:  3:30 pm     Meet Starts:  4:30 pm

Saturday March 14, 2026 / Sunday March 15, 2026

AM Sessions:  Warmups:  7:00 am     Meet Starts:  8:00 am

PM Sessions:  Warmups:  12:00 n   Meet Starts:  1:00 pm

TEAM TIMER ASSIGNMENTS;

FR - 50 FREE / SA - AM / SA - PM / SU - AM / SU - PM 

BAY - 2 TIMERS EACH SESSION 

CAA - 2 TIMERS EACH SESSION 

GBSA - 2 TIMERS EACH SESSION

GTAC - 2 TIMERS EACH SESSION

HAWK - 2 TIMERS - SA - AM , SU - AM

MAS - 2 TIMERS EACH SESSION

NAAC - 2 TIMERS EACH SESSION

OPST - 2 TIMERS - FR, SA - PM , SU - PM

ROCK - 2 TIMERS EACH SESSION

SPRC - 2 TIMERS EACH SESSION

NOTE:   Friday Timing - Timers will time the 50 Free's and then swimmers will supply their own timers for the 400 IM and 500 Free.

Teams will be assigned a team area for the meet.
