No practice tonight, Thursday 3/19

GBSA while the pool temp has come down it’s still not swim able for high exertion. I am so sorry this is happening right now, especially for the kids swimming this weekend. But the temperature is still in the 90s and that’s not doable. So I will send workouts again and hope for the best for tomorrow. 

Also, FOX April long course entries due tonight!! 

Deadline for ASC Sprimg long course meet will be this Saturday 3/21 by 7pm
