Dear respected community members,

According to the discussion with Mokhles bhai, I would like to give a brief overview of the community center for tomorrows event.

Address: Grovedale community center, 45 Heyers Road, Grovedale VIC 3216

On Google map: 45 Heyers road

Date: Tomorrow, 25th July 2015

Time: 11:30 AM 

Amenities:

1. Multimedia projector

2. Option to connect laptop, power point available

3. Option to use AirPlay from iPhone and iPad (please bring your favorite music or video to play tomorrow)

4. Wifi connectivity (password will be shared at the venue, if needed)

5. Large outdoor playground with some facilities for children

6. Sound system (speakers on the roof and monitor is already set-up)

7. Central heating, temperature can be controlled from inside the hall

8. Large kitchen

9. Fully carpeted floor 

We plan to play Bangla song, music video and natok in the large screen. Please bring your song and videos in a pen drive so that we can plug them into the laptop. You can also bring them into your ipad or iphone if you have airplay option.

There is a large car park (approx. 20-25 car) at the back of the venue and door at the back will be used as the main entrance.
