To banned someone from a public Facebook group for a query

Dear all community members,

All we have already knew that “Bangladeshis in Geelong Victoria, Australia” is a community public Facebook group. I had subscribed in this community group as a present resident of Bangladeshi in Geelong. In that community Facebook group all the members are not known to me even all members are not present resident of Geelong. In recent time in this community Facebook group an admin Mr. Enamul Miazi added Tarannum Afrin a new admin and I got this facebook notification. As a community group member, regarding this issue  I made the following comment to know the opinion & suggestion from all the admins.

My comment (as it was):

All the admin could you please let me know why it is needed? My suggestion is admin should be someone who are present resident of Geelong. As I know Tarannum Afrin is not a present resident of Geelong. Tarannum Afrin please give your opinion/suggestion?

I hope that all the admins at least will give their valuable opinion and suggestion regarding my query. But without answering my query an admin Mr. Enamul Miazi has been deleted my comment and

banned me and then he ga

ve this status last night.  

Today I went to the Waurn Ponds Police Station in the morning around 10.45 am. I have shown the documents (screenshot and my comment which is deleted by an admin Mr Enamul Miazi) to the police and police verified and assured me that in your comment you have just ask a question it’s not a bullying and you allowed to ask this. Police also informed me that the admin can’t banned you and he has no right to bullying or harass or insult someone in a community and added that it is an offence. Thank you.

I don't understand why someone will be banned from a group just for asking a question. His question just could be answered or it can be discussed. And such thing can happen to anyone in future. Is that group or the people's are the property of admin? If he thinks like that then I request all the members of that group  to reconsider their membership by leaving that group so that you can live with dignity. Just ask yourself "will you remain the member of this group to become a future victim like JOGLU"? Take care.
