Dear all community members,

Yesterday I posted to clarify my position and Mr Miazi again deleted my post and banned me from the group. He also took over admin privilege from Mr Moktarul Wadud. He has been tried to prove that “Bangladeshi in Geelong, Victoria, Australia” community Facebook group page is his personal page. To ban/remove/block/harass someone does not show a good social manner. It is expected of any Group admin in Facebook that he will answer/clarify issue raised in Groups by members politely and respectfully. Mr. Miazi was unable to understand my question which also indicates his frailty of an admin.  My first question was “Why it (this change) is needed?” I did not ask Tarannum’s qualification or why Tarannum is selected?

I have no personal clash with Tarannum even I am also proud of her as both of we are from same district of Bangladesh. I had no intention to hurt anyone.

My only concern was the admins living location which also relates with admin’s availability and time.

Personally I believe that she has the ability and fairmindedness to do this. I was bit confused regarding her willingness to become an admin that’s why I wanted her opinion.

Mr Miazi again and again trying to establish in his post that, my comment was passive/active bullying. Which is absolutely wrong. Because yesterday I went to Waurn Ponds Police Station in the morning at around 10.45 am to discuss the issue. I have shown them documents (screenshot and my comment which was deleted by Mr Enamul Miazi) to the police. Police verified and assured me that the comment was just a question it is not a bullying comment and in their view anyone is allowed to ask question. Police also informed me that to ban someone from a social community group without giving reasons is a bullying/harass/insult. The office in charge also added that it is an offence.

Hope this does not hurt anybody!

Thank you,

Kind regards

Joglul

Joglu vai. Can you please discuss the matter with a lawyer in Geelong? I think the activities of Enamul is a kind of social harassment. His attitude towards some of the community peoples incites social unrest. He posted a message in that group recently and stopped others making comments about that. How ridiculous it is! He wants to do something but he does not want to discuss openly. He wants secret discussion individually through private message. Why and what is his weakness?

Personally I believe Tarannum does not deserve to be admin in that group in this situation. Her activities in the social group seems biased and expanding the rifts among us. I expected that the ex-residents of Geelong would be neutral through fair judgment and would work to reduce the gap rather than provoking the current situation. You cannot do whatever you like just hearing from one side.

Sincerely,

Mahedi
