I re-enter the barcode file and it ran. However, step 4 was executed with only the last sample of the barcode file. Can you help me why?

Something is wrong with your barcode ID file. Check if columns are separated by TAB and thre is no empty or black spaces ...

I tried modifying the barcode file several times.

However, always create a MockReference using only the last barcode ID file.

I tried changing 3 columns of the last barcode ID file to 'NO' but it didn't work.

Can you figure out what's wrong?
