I have some photos I want to share and they're on Google Photos. I want to only share them with 1 other person who has a Gmail account. I can find share on Google+ and the option is public but this isn't what I want.
If you have photos or videos in a Picasa Web Album, the easiest way to still access, modify and share most of that content is to log in to Google Photos. Your photos and videos will already be there.
For those who have already downloaded it, it will continue to work as it does today. But we will not be developing it further, and there will be no future updates.
If you choose to switch to Google Photos, you can continue to upload photos and videos using the desktop uploader at photos.google.com/apps.
Hi, I have a question about how to successfully transfer all pictures from Google photos to my sd card, I guess is probably the best option, and then be able to delete the Google photo app without losing any... Can that be done? I have Google One and it was $1.99 until the photos began uploading and it's now $9.99 a month because I can't lose my photos. Assuming I am able to get rid of photos, specifically, ideally both, I was also curious about how I could get rid of Google files. I would transfer everything back, I guess? I have a Samsung Galaxy and I am about to upgrade, I should've already except I need to figure out if my files will carry over. I have the new phone, but I need to be sure and Verizon has no idea. Any help, advice, literally anything would be soo amazing and greatly appreciated. Thank u!
