Grade X Eligibility Certificate Form Collection

Dear Grade X PTA Representatives,

Good Morning.

Please note that the student of grade X wishing to take admissions in outside colleges for Grade XI have to submit an eligibility form for the same. 

This eligibility form has to be collected by the parents from Vashi (Navi Mumbai) after calling that particular office. The form is available at a particular cost.  The address and number is available in our school office. 

Every year, one parent used to take on the responsibility of collecting all the forms and distributing them to the interested parents

We request the parents to continue the same practice as the school will not collect the form for the parents. On the basis of our past experience, we have found that it is difficult to get an exact number of students interested and becomes an unnecessary expense to the school.

As per your mail, We will see to it that everyone gets their eligibility form from Navi Mumbai.

We will get back to the school office for the address and contact details and also  for an authority letter, if required, to

collect it on behalf of others.
