Respected Ma'am ,
As per our discussion, these are the points that we want to include in the circular-

* celebrating 60 glorious years of the school.
* 1st ever GBMS fun fair- fest- o- Birla
* date- 21st December , 22nd December
* timings- 4pm - 9pm
*proceeds to do updating the library- changing decor, new books, e- library.
*donation of ₹ 200 compulsory for the fest.
*more donations welcome.
*donations above ₹ 5000, name will appear in the donor list in the souvenir book.
* messages to be passed to the ex-students- donations and advertisement welcome from them.
* ex- students can join the fun
* advertisement book price for the black and white pages-
Full page-            ₹ 7000
Half page-           ₹ 3500
Quarter page-      ₹ 2000
* give personal advertisement .
*You can get advertisement from outside also  i.e - showrooms, restaurants etc.
* please contribute generously.
*advertisement form to be given with the circular.
* premium stalls-
*12 stalls available
*Price is -₹7000 for two days.
* limited stalls so booking will be done on first cum basis.
* timings for given advertisement , stall booking and extra donation-
* Monday - 9th December  11am to 1pm in the school hall.
* Tuesday - 10th December 11am to 1pm in the school hall.
* Dj night -
* 21st December - std 6,7,8
* 22nd December - std 9,10, 11,12
* tickets - ₹ 200
* only school children allowed for Dj night. Id cards compulsory for Dj night.
* timings for Dj night - 6pm-9pm
* volunteers needed to help in the fun fair. Contact PTA member.
* traffic- no private vehicles as no parking space and we do not want a traffic jam and disturb       people staying around.
* any queries contact any PTA member.

Ma'am , we also need to know in case of cheques, in what name should they be issued. This circular along with the advertisement form has to be given ASAP . Plus the front cover design with the school name and logo is needed for the book.
