Respected mam ,
We the PTA s of Sixth standard have got the following response form our classes regarding point no. 2 in the circular : Learnt from the circular that parents will not be shown papers and have to collect only the report card . Most of the parents want to see the papers of their children and want to know where they have gone wrong . We understand that it's not possible to change the report card but parents want to see the weak points of their children so as to improve upon the same .
Simply report cards in the year end will not help in knowing how the child writes a 60 mark paper. Whether he attempts a question in a way which justifies the marks for it. If it's not possible to show the papers on open day parents are ready to come on 18 th March when children are shown the papers . Please look into the matter and revert Thanking you. Faithfully yours On behalf of std VI ( PTA s )

Dear Ms Bijal,

Good Morning.

The purpose of showing the papers to students at this stage is to correct any computational errors or missed out questions.

Throughout the academic year, the teachers have been apprising parents of their wards progress through the Open Day, showing of FA and SA Papers, Report Cards, calling them for special meetings in extreme cases, etc.
We are happy to note that most proactive parents have taken the necessary steps to improve the performance of their child.
The school believes that this is not the time to take corrective measures but to initiate your child's entry into a new academic year.
In the secondary section, the SA2 papers will be shown only to students and not to the parents. Please convey the same to all the parents of your class.

Warm Regards

Deepa Shetty
