Hello. Yesterday I and Kajal went to JB fair here r few suggestions If Kashmira mam is taken to fair today she can guide us on preparing certain cut outs and decoration which was simple . We can have live performance on the outside stage from 5:30 like school band can perform and already choreographed group dances can be performed or small kits which r good and they had been doing during camps can be done by students so they feel involved in the event a good crowd puller . Instead of keeping lucky draw for over booked stalls keep online auction for same highest bidders can have them . The big banners can be put of sponsors those earn business from school and v can approach them personally like Bank of baroda , head of school buses operator , book stores, collectively from classes running in our school campus , travel operator taking school children in May vacation . For stalls v thought of adding mehendi stall which was crowed .Aiming game like bow and arrow is also good idea . Rest Kajal u add
