Funfair

Respected Ma'am ,
First would like to tell you that the children are super excited about imagica. Thank you very much for organising it.
Ma'am, as I had spoken to you earlier regarding our school organising the First Ever GBMS funfair, we have come up with a few ideas which I'm putting forward-

-Venue for the funfair -school
-Days - 2 days
-Tentative dates- either 14th-15th dec or 21st-22nd dec, whichever you decide.
-1st day- pre primary to 5th std
-2nd day- 6th to 12th std
-Entry- balloon decoration, banners
-Ground floor- entry ticket, moon walker, plus stalls for selling personal goods for which a premium will be charged.
-Terrace- food stalls
-5-6 floor- game stalls
-15 game stalls
-15 food stalls
-1 stall to be handled by each division
-Banners and charts for each stall- help needed from children regarding the same.
-Stalls- parents plus 8th,9th std children as volunteers.
-Donation of a minimum amount.
-Sponsors and gifts for lucky draw welcome
-Entry fee
-Advertisement book

Ma'am, these are the few basic suggestions that we have come up with. More details can be worked out. We are very confident that we can organise the funfair and that it will be a stupendous success.
